The villa is set amidst an expansive 2,600m² garden, with shrubs, palm trees and several lawns for the children to play on. At the heart of the garden is a sparkling pool, surrounded by ample sunbathing terraces furnished with sun beds and umbrellas. An outhouse close to the pool has laundry facilities and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Two large terraces provide plenty of space for soaking up the sun or retreating into the shade during the hottest part of the day. One, furnished with a sofa and armchairs, overlooks the pool and lawns. The other, at the rear of the villa, provides shade throughout the day, making it the perfect spot for breakfast and al fresco lunches.
