Request Submission: Customers can book directly online or submit a booking request through the online form available on each villa's page.

Deposit: To confirm the booking, a deposit of up to 35% of the total cost is required. This deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the payment request.


  • For "Premium Listing" properties, the balance must be paid at least 60 days before the arrival date.
  • For "Partnership Listing" properties, the balance must be paid to the property owner as agreed at the time of booking.
  • For "Annual Listing" properties, both the deposit and balance payments are due directly to the property owner."

Booking Documents:
About two weeks before arrival, the customer will receive the booking documents, including vouchers and check-in instructions, which can be accessed in their reserved area.

  • Yes, a refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential damages to the property. The amount varies depending on the property and is specified on the villa's page.
  • The security deposit must be paid in cash upon check-in or by credit card before arrival.
  • Upon check-out, the security deposit will be refunded after deducting any damages or unpaid expenses.
  • Deposit: Bank transfer, VISA or Mastercard credit/debit card.
  • Balance: Bank transfer, VISA or Mastercard credit/debit card.
  • Modifications: Changes can be made without incurring cancellation penalties within 7 days of booking, provided the arrival date is more than 60 days away. For changes after this period, please contact WishSicily.
  • Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs after the 7-day grace period, cancellation penalties apply. The specific penalties depend on the cancellation date and are detailed in Point 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
  • WishSicily reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • If there is a significant modification to the booking, the customer will have the option to accept the changes, choose an alternative property, or cancel the booking with a full refund.
  • For cancellations made by WishSicily more than 60 days before the arrival date, there is no penalty. For cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date, WishSicily will offer additional compensation per person.
  • Events with a large number of guests must be approved by WishSicily and the property owner.
  • Failure to obtain authorization may result in the removal of guests and the loss of the security deposit.
  • In addition to the rental price, there may be additional costs for: final cleaning, heating and air conditioning (if not included in the price), local taxes, and any requested extra services.
  • These additional costs are detailed on each villa listing under the "Good to know" section.
  • Fully equipped kitchen.
  • Standard appliances (refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, etc.).
  • Bed linens, bath towels, and beach/pool towels.
  • Wi-Fi access and TV.
  • Air conditioning and/or heating (depending on the villa).

  • The admission of pets varies depending on the villa and the owner, and it is indicated on each villa's page in the "Good to know" section.
  • Some villas allow pets with restrictions (e.g., size, breed, etc.).
  • It is important to specify the presence of pets at the time of booking and request approval.

Yes, we regularly visit our villas, and it is an integral part of our work. This allows us to thoroughly understand each property, its strengths, and its unique features. In this way, we can recommend the ideal villa to our clients based on their needs and preferences, ensuring them a tailored and unforgettable stay.

Yes, the villas we offer are for the exclusive use of the guests during their stay. This means you will have the entire villa at your disposal, with all its spaces and services, without having to share them with other people. You will enjoy maximum privacy and tranquility, as if it were your own home, and have a truly special vacation experience.

You can arrive at the villa before 4:00 PM solely to drop off your luggage, and then complete the check-in at the time stipulated by the contractual terms.

The property must be vacated by 10:00 AM to facilitate cleaning and preparation for guests arriving in the afternoon. However, in some circumstances — if there are no incoming guests in the afternoon — you may be able to stay past 10:00 AM. This possibility should be discussed directly at the villa during the check-in procedure.

It is very important that during your stay at the villa, you correctly separate waste for recycling. Failure to comply with this practice will result not only in environmental damage but also in a fine of EUR 200.00, which will be deducted from the security deposit as compensation for the property owner.


Yes, anyone can book an experience through our agency. However, some activities may have age restrictions or require a certain level of physical ability. It's important to carefully read the experience descriptions to check for any specific requirements. If you have any doubts, our team will be happy to provide you with further information.

To book an experience, access the "Experiences" section from the main menu. Here, you will find a detailed list of available activities. Yes, we are happy to offer customized options for vegetarians, vegans, and individuals with dietary intolerances. Our boat tours include a cruise along the Sicilian coastlines, snorkeling equipment for exploring the crystal-clear waters and observing the rich marine life, a welcome cocktail, fuel, and mooring. On board, you'll find an experienced crew, refreshing beverages, and a light snack. Depending on the chosen package, lunch or dinner may also be included. Some tours offer the opportunity to visit the Aeolian Islands, the Egadi Islands, sea caves, and historical sites along the coast.

In case of bad weather, we will do our best to reschedule the experience for another day or offer an alternative. If none of the proposed options are acceptable, the balance for the experience is not due, and we generally issue a credit voucher for the amount already paid. However, we encourage you to check the specific terms of each experience or contact us for further details.

You can pay the deposit online directly using a credit or debit card. We also offer the option of payment via bank transfer. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the payment details. The remaining balance will be paid directly on-site to the provider.

Yes, we only work with carefully selected and trusted experience providers. All our partners are experienced professionals certified in their respective fields. We conduct regular checks to ensure that the services offered are of high quality and meet safety standards. You will need to refer to the terms and conditions of the provider. The deposit paid to confirm an experience is non-refundable under any circumstances. This deposit represents the mediation fee of WishSicily to facilitate the agreed service.

In Sicily, the power sockets are type L (CEI 60885-1), similar to the rest of Italy and much of Europe. Therefore, if you are coming from another European country, you will not need a power adapter. However, if you are coming from a country with different types of power sockets, such as the UK or the US, you will need an adapter to use your electronic devices. It's advisable to purchase a good quality adapter from an electronics store. Most airports have souvenir shops, duty-free shops, or electronics stores where you can find adapters for different types of power sockets.
