OverviewSet in the heart of southeast Sicily, this spacious character-filled villa combines traditional charm with contemporary flourishes. It’s ideally placed for families wanting to split their time between the baroque towns of the Val di Noto and the wonderful beaches around Santa Maria del Focallo to the south, or those of the Vendicari Nature Reserve to the east. Pastoral views over surrounding farmland, a generously proportioned garden with pool and jacuzzi, and two independent annexes make Ciaceri the perfect choice for a large group.
The entire property comprises a main house and two separate annexes, set in a courtyard paved with the traditional local ‘cuticci’ stone. The garden is cleverly designed for maximum relaxation: the stunning pool, with a wrap-around terrace and a backdrop of light-hued stone walls, is set slightly apart from the main house, beyond a lawn and tranquil green space filled with exotic palms and mature olive trees. Outdoor showers and a poolside changing room adds an extra level of indulgence, topped only by the magnificent jacuzzi set alongside the lawn. You can make the most of carefree al fresco living and enjoy leisurely, lingering meals together at one of two outdoor dining spaces, under the gazebo by the jacuzzi or on the terracotta-tiled veranda outside the main villa.
Inside, the generously proportioned interiors of the main villa are characterised by lofty wood-beamed ceilings, stone walls and antique furniture. You’ll find plenty of original features in the spectacular kitchen, from the polished terracotta flooring and ceramics to the original wood-burning oven, which is no longer in working condition, but there’s also everything you need on tap to cater for a large group. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished, and bathrooms modern. These are arranged across the property as follows:
Main villa
Bedroom 1: double bed and bunk beds (with shared bathroom with bedroom 2).
Bedroom 2: two single beds (convertible to double bed).
Bedroom 3: double bed, double sofa bed and a mezzanine level with 2 single beds, with ensuite bathroom.
Annex 1

Annex 2
Modern apartment with 2 bedrooms (double beds), each with a private bathroom (one is an accessible bathroom). There’s also a kitchen with a table and outside, a private terrace.
The villa has two entrances, a main one leading to the internal courtyard and a second one for vehicles.

- The property owner will provide you with check-in instructions before arrival.
- Check-in is by 4pm for all guests. Guests may arrive at the villa before 4pm solely to drop off their luggage.
- Check-out before 10am and must be conducted in the presence of the property owner/manager.
- The pool and jacuzzi (not heated) are open from April through October.
- Refundable security deposit of 600 euros payable in cash upon check-in or via credit card before arrival.
- Electricity and air cond. 400 kWh included per week - euro 0,40 per kWh extra.
