OverviewThis stylish contemporary villa, just a hop from Palermo airport, is an excellent option for families or friends seeking a peaceful retreat close to the beach and to some of Sicily’s most fascinating sites. Nestled in the rural landscape of north west Sicily, the three-bedroom villa has a gorgeous pool and is close to the beaches around Trabia.
While the villa’s interiors evoke an atmosphere of sophisticated luxury, outside, the garden is fully immersed in rural Sicily. While away lazy days on the shady terrace looking out over the attractive pool and decked sunbathing area, towards a backdrop of silvery olive groves and gentle hills. There are hidden seating areas tucked away all around the garden and six brand new sunbeds (not shown in photos) are also provided by the owner. The raised terrace is furnished for al fresco dining at one end, with a sofa and several armchairs providing a comfortable shaded relaxation area at the other.
The villa is set on two levels, characterised throughout by bold splashes of colour and striking contemporary artwork. Large French windows lead directly from the garden into the open plan living space which has two distinct areas. At one end, the lounge, with a lofty white-beamed ceiling and light, airy atmosphere. At the other, a sleek kitchen and dining area, with stylish lighting and French windows to the space occupied by the outdoor dining table.
Two bedrooms with double beds are located on the ground floor, both with dramatic picture windows to the garden. Each has its own ensuite bathroom, with rainfall shower. A bath is shared by the two bathrooms, accessible from either one.
A staircase in the lounge leads to the upper floor and the third bedroom which has its own bathroom with shower. Children and teenagers will love this hideaway room, set snugly under the sloping eaves, with two double futon beds.

- Check-out is before 10am and must be conducted in the presence of the property owner or manager.
