OverviewBoasting spectacular views of the Sanctuary of Tindari and the Tyrrhenian coast, Villa Dioscuri is situated in prime position for exploring the north east of Sicily and for day trips to the Aeolian Islands. Perfect for two families or a group of friends, the five-bedroom villa is just a short drive from the shops and restaurants in nearby Oliveri and the same distance to the beach and Marinello lakes.
The stunning infinity pool (18x6) is set slightly apart from the villa. Shallow steps into the water make it ideal for groups with young children or toddlers and all around the pool, there is spacious decking in addition to poolside furniture and a shady pergola.
The villa’s main living area is on the upper floor. Directly outside the villa, the magnificent panoramic terrace has a long dining table and chairs and a pretty tiled corner, furnished with comfy chairs. Doors lead from the terrace into the living room, a large open space with big picture windows, plenty of chairs and sofas and a separate dining room table. The terrace can also be accessed from the kitchen which is well equipped for catering for a large group, with a huge double oven. The first of the five bedrooms, each with en suite shower room, is on the same floor.
Stairs lead down to the lower floor and directly into a living room with, at one end, a pool table, and doors out to the garden. There are four bedrooms on this level (two of which with an extra bed each and a third with an extra bunk bed, on request), each with their own modern tiled bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are a substantial size, some with sofas and garden access. The villa is also equipped with ping pong table.
The self-contained dependence (2 sleeps extra, up to 16) which includes a double and a bathroom is also available included in the price.
As you approach the property, the last mile is along an uneven road and is unsuitable for sports cars.

- Check-in is by 4pm for all guests. Guests may arrive at the villa before 4pm to drop off their luggage.
- Check-out is before 10am and must be conducted in the presence of the property owner or manager.
