OverviewVilla Antica Aia is a luxury villa with pool, located a few miles from the sandy beaches of Sampieri, near the baroque town of Scicli, set of the BBC Four’s popular Inspector Montalbano series. A unique chance to experience first-hand the magnificent settings of the most beloved character written by the famous Andrea Camilleri.
Villa Antica Aia can accommodate up to 16 people with three large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower on the upper floor together a double room, a comfortable double room with private bathroom and a double room on the ground floor. Adjacent to the main house is self-contained guest house with separate entrance and internal courtyard, which houses a master bedroom with a bathroom with shower.
The living area includes a large living room with open-fireplace and a dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with double entrance from the back of the house and a beautifully furnished veranda for al fresco dining, overlooking the pool area.
The large garden is home to a children play ground, a lush olive grove, fruit trees, exotic and mediterranean plants, and a beautiful swimming pool (open all year round) with furnished solarium, surrounded by a well-kept lawn.
