OverviewSettle into the rhythm of rural life in Sicily in the foothills of the Nebrodi national park, just a few kilometres from the beach and seaside town of Acquedolci. With space for up to eight people and a gorgeous garden with a pool and outdoor kitchen, family-friendly Sirelia provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing beach-style holiday and exploring a quieter, more authentic side to Sicily.
Set across one floor, the villa has heavenly views across the pool and garden towards the undulating green slopes of the Nebrodi mountains. To the other side, the waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the dramatic silhouette of the Aeolian Islands. Despite the proximity to the coast, guests enjoy all the benefits of staying in rural Sicily – including freshly laid eggs delivered each morning by the villa owner!
Outside, the pool and table tennis will provide endless hours of amusement; beyond the pool, mature lawns strewn with olive trees and other vegetation merge seamlessly with the landscape, providing energetic children with a natural playground. Most waking hours at the villa are likely to be centred around the shaded terrace which has been neatly split into three distinct areas – one with lounge-style seating, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen which is superbly equipped with a hob, two sinks and storage space in addition to a top of the range barbecue.
Bright, airy interiors are elegantly fitted out and ideal for family living. Pale, polished tiled floors run throughout the villa, set off by striking white walls splashed with contemporary art, and neutral shaded furnishings and fabrics. French doors lead from the garden into the open plan living room, which is divided into separate living and dining areas, with a fireplace set close to the cosy lounge area. The well equipped kitchen has a large island that doubles up as a breakfast bar.
The four bedrooms are simply furnished but comfortable. There are two doubles (one close to the kitchen), one twin and one with bunk beds, with desks in the twin and bunk bed room. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other a family bathroom, with bath and handheld shower.

This property is listed as a 'Premium Listing' villa. This means that the deposit payment is due to WishSicily and the full balance will be requested directly by our agency 60 days before the arrival date. WishSicily will provide you with check-in instructions before arrival.
- Check-in is by 4pm for all guests. Guests may arrive at the villa before 4pm to drop off their luggage.
- Check-out is before 10am and must be conducted in the presence of the property owner or manager.
- Refundable security deposit of 500 euros payable in cash upon check-in or via credit card before arrival.
- Electricity and air cond. 300 kWh included per week - euro 0,50 per kWh extra.
- Local tourist tax “tassa di soggiorno”, euro 2 per person/night to be paid upon confirmation of booking.
