OverviewOverlooking a lovely pool and garden, this comfortable family villa is set a short drive from the enchanting town of Noto in south east Sicily. The villa is ideally located for relaxing days on the superb local beaches and for exploring the baroque towns of the magnificent Val di Noto.
At the heart of the garden is an attractive pool, with broad steps which makes it easily accessible for young children, overlooked by a patio where you can relax back and watch the kids. A large furnished veranda to the side of the villa will ensure you enjoy maximum time outside, either on the lounge-style sofa and armchairs, or dining al fresco under the shaded pergola.
The air-conditioned villa is set on one floor, with stylish interiors that provide plenty of space and attractive accommodation for all the family. Striking French windows lead from the garden into the open plan living space which encompasses a lounge area at one end and a kitchen at the other. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a complete range of smaller utensils such as a blender, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dining area, with a table for five, and a pretty dresser, is in the middle of the room, with lovely garden views.
The 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single) lead off from the main corridor. One of the double bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, and there is a second bathroom with shower.
