Customers are required to pay both the deposit and the full balance directly to the property owner, following the booking conditions specified by the owner. The villa has been inspected by WishSicily and meets the agency's quality standards.
- The property owner will provide you with check-in instructions before arrival.
- The service includes final cleaning, 2 hours of daily housekeeping (Mon–Sat), and weekly linen change. Cleaning occurs 11:00–14:00. Unavailable rooms won’t be cleaned. Extra hours upon request, payable directly.
- A daily laundry wash is available free of charge upon request, ironing not included. Extra washes are available at an additional cost, payable directly to the cleaning staff.
- For safety reasons, Baia L’Aura is not suitable for families with children under the age of 10.
- Refundable security deposit euro 800.
- Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per night, to be paid at check-in.
