Children (and adults!) will love the fun vintage art works, scattered throughout the property and its grounds. A Spiderman figure clambers up the villa’s traditional exterior, eclectic art in the form of lamp stands, free-standing statues and a juke box grace the living areas and an extraordinary collection of art and animal sculpture is dotted around the gardens.
Aside from the eccentricity, the villa is a classic Sicilian treasure. Set in secluded mature gardens, the villa is surrounded on all sides by broad terraces, one with a covered outside kitchen with dining area, extensible dining table and wood-burning pizza oven. The stone-walled pool area is blissfully secluded, set amidst leafy trees and foliage and with sea views.
Inside the villa, the ground floor is open plan, with a kitchen and dining area with extensible dining table, lounge with fireplace, and a small guest bathroom. Floor to ceiling glass doors lead directly out on to the terrace and two large picture windows look out towards the sea. There are four bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a fabulous bath for two, and a twin bedroom, with a bathroom with shower. On a lower level there is another twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a large double bedroom with double entrance from the outside and directly into the billiard room - not surprisingly, a favourite with teenagers! The twin does not need air conditioning, as it naturally remains cool.

This property is listed as a 'Premium Listing' villa. This means that the deposit payment is due to WishSicily and the full balance will be requested directly by our agency 60 days before the arrival date.

- Check-in is available by 4pm for all guests. Guests may arrive at the villa before 4pm solely to drop off their luggage.
- Check-out time is before 10am and must be conducted in the presence of the property owner or manager.
- There is no wifi on the lower level of the villa.
- Electricity and air cond. 300 kWh included per week - euro 0,40 per kWh extra.
- Local tourist tax “tassa di soggiorno”, euro 2 per person/night to be paid upon confirmation of booking.
