Family villas in the best locations
Spend time discussing the best location for your family holiday villa. Do you prefer to be by the beach or are you happy lounging by a pool? Many of our villas in Sicily are on the beach or just a few minutes’ walk from it. If you are holidaying with young children, you may love the freedom of being able to pop down to the beach for a quick swim or play in the sand without having to worry about transporting all the paraphernalia that a full day on the beach often requires.
For families with older children, we often recommend one of our villas for families
in the countryside or on the slopes of Mount Etna. This gives you access to all sorts of adventure activities and excursions, yet the coast is still within easy reach. There is also a good chance that you will get more space and generally more for your money by staying in a villa closer to Sicily’s interior.
Villas for groups and several families
Buddying up with other families means instant playmates for the kids and more relaxation time for parents! This is easily doable in our large villas for families. The other significant advantage is that our larger Sicilian villas are surrounded by spacious gardens, usually with a pool and often with add-on facilities such as table tennis. Many also have an outdoor kitchen, which, if you are taking your holiday in Sicily in the heat of the summer, makes cooking for a large group more manageable and certainly much more fun!

At most of our large holiday villas, we can organise a chef to prepare a traditional Sicilian meal on any night of your holiday, which means that with minimum planning, you can join your guests by the pool rather than worrying about shopping and cooking!
