OverviewTower Chiu Chiu is a luxurious and ancient stone tower with panoramic sea view over the South-East coast of Sicily, located just outside the Baroque town of Scicli, close to Ragusa.
The house has been recently renovated with care, tastefully furnished and fully equipped with all modern comforts.
Inside, the villa is set on three levels: the ground floor offers a bright entrance hall, 1 bedroom equipped for the disabled, a nice bathroom with shower and direct access onto the terrace.
On the lower floor we have a spacious living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom convertible into a twin, and a laundry room with toilet.
On the upper floor we’ll find 2 beautiful double bedrooms - one of which leads directly onto the terrace via an external staircase - and 1 bathroom with tub.
Also at guests disposal: the wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower and a splendid Jacuzzi. The house has air conditioning and free Internet WI- FI.
The outdoor areas are well maintained and refined in detail. Here guests will have a beautiful 12x6mt swimming with equipped solarium overlooking the unique town of Scicli, and an artificial turf tennis court convertible into a five-a-side football pitch.

This means that the deposit payment is due to WishSicily and the full balance will be requested directly by our agency 60 days before the arrival date.
- Refundable security deposit of 600 euros payable in cash upon check-in or via credit card before arrival.
- WishSicily will provide you with check-in instructions before arrival.
- Check-in is available by 4pm for all guests. Guests may arrive at the villa before 4pm solely to drop off their luggage.
- Check-out time is before 10am and must be conducted in the presence of the property owner or manager.
Electricity and air cond. 300 kWh included per week - euro 0,40 per kWh extra.
