OverviewWith the option of slightly independent living space and two kitchens on two floors, 6-bedroom Villa Geranio is a great holiday villa for two families. Outside, there’s a stunning pool with breath-taking views over rolling hills and the nearby Nebrodi mountains, and a jacuzzi spa area. Just a short drive from the town of Acquedolci and a 5-minute walk from the nearest pizzeria, Villa Geranio is equally well-placed for days on the beach and for exploring the fascinating north east corner of Sicily.
The villa looks out over an attractive garden, set against a backdrop of the surrounding countryside. Keep cool in the beautiful pool (10m x 5m, with steps in one corner), soak up the sun on the poolside decking or retreat to the lawn and the shade of the trees. When you’re feeling energetic, challenge everyone to a poolside volleyball tournament, before relaxing in the jacuzzi spa, in a stone-walled garden outhouse (with shower and sauna), with garden views.
The villa has been cleverly designed with a central portico, accessed directly from the garden, which provides a cool dining area during the hottest summer months. This ‘open room’ leads into the ground floor. On one side there is the kitchen, two double bedrooms (with the option of an additional single bed) and a bathroom with shower. On the other side of the portico, there is a living room (with computer), sofa and American Pool table/billiard.
Access to the first floor is via an external staircase. On this level, a furnished terrace provides superb views across the countryside to the sea, with equally splendid views available from the large living room, with open plan kitchen (with a dining table that can seat up to 14 people). There are four double bedrooms on this floor, each with an en-suite shower, and a separate toilet with washing machine.

This property is listed as a 'Premium Listing' villa. This means that the deposit payment is due to WishSicily and the full balance will be requested directly by our agency 60 days before the arrival date. WishSicily will provide you with check-in instructions before arrival.
