Ideally suited to a group of friends or a family with school age children, the contemporary villa has three en suite bedrooms and a spacious art and light-filled living room. Outside, a huge garden sweeps down to the gorgeous seating area where you can lie back in one of two hot tubs, warmed by the flames from the firepit, and watch the waves. Steps at the end of the garden lead directly down to the sea below.

Use the villa as a base for exploring the local town of Avola, for wine tasting experiences and visits to the baroque towns of the Val di Noto. And be prepared to be spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches, from the fine white sands of Fontane Biance to fabulous Calamosche beach in the Vendicari Nature Reserve.
