OverviewPerfect for a small family or two couples, Primula Cottage is one of several cottages on the leafy Villa Cecilia Trabia estate. Situated on the north coast of Sicily between Palermo and Cefalù, the complex has direct access to the seafront. Family-friendly facilities include the superb pool complex and a shared playground with a slide, see-saw and baby swing.
The cottage is independent of any of the other properties on the estate, set amidst clusters of loquat trees, with a secluded patio with a dining table and chairs, bench seating and a small garden. Beyond this are the perfectly-tended shared gardens, a magnificent 10,000m² crammed with tropical flowers, climbing roses and exotic palms.
Terraces, hammocks and a vast covered gazebo-style living area are dotted around the gardens and the stunning pool complex has three separate areas - a 20m pool with lanes, a Jacuzzi and a toddler pool.
The entrance to the cottage is into an airy living room, with picture windows on to the garden, a corner sofa bed and dining table. There is a separate kitchen, with garden access and two bedrooms (one double, one with bunk beds), each overlooking the garden. One of the two bathrooms is en suite to the double bedroom.
Guests can rent an 8m RIB boat or a 4m rowing boat with engine for an additional fee.

- Check-in is by 4pm for all guests. Guests may arrive at the villa before 4pm solely to drop off their luggage.
- Check-out before 10am and must be conducted in the presence of the property owner/manager.
- Refundable security deposit of 300 euros payable in cash upon check-in or via credit card before arrival.
- Electricity 100 kWh included. Additional consumption at market price at the time of stay.
