The original villa was built in the mid-1970’s by its Sicilian owners who have nurtured its magnificent garden over the decades. Extending across 6,000 sqm of lawns and terraces dotted with palm trees, the garden is overlooked by a spacious covered veranda which wraps round the villa, offering numerous shady seating spots and an idyllic dining area with views over the infinity pool. But for truly exceptional 360Ë? views, climb the spiral staircase to the roof terrace and gaze out over the gently sloping landscape of the Vendicari Nature Reserve and the sea.
The outhouse in the garden is furnished with two showers, a toilet and the washing machine. An outside tiled kitchen has been built into its external wall, with a barbecue, sink and work surfaces.
The recently-refurbished villa is set on one level, with multiple access via floor to ceiling glass doors from the living room to the veranda. A dining area, set in one corner of the room, overlooks a charming, tiled courtyard which leads directly into the well-equipped, modern kitchen.
The 5 bedrooms are simply furnished, accessorised with brightly-coloured throws and cushions. Of the 5 rooms, there are 4 doubles (3 en suite with shower) and 1 twin, with a slightly raised cabin bed. All the bathrooms (4 in total) are newly refurbished, with striking displays of tiling.

- Check-in is by 4pm for all guests. Guests may arrive at the villa before 4pm solely to drop off their luggage.
- Check-out before 10am and must be conducted in the presence of the property owner/manager.
- Refundable security deposit of 800 euros payable in cash upon check-in or via credit card before arrival.
- Pets not allowed.
- The pool is open to guests from April to October.
- Electricity and air cond. 400 kWh included per week - euro 0,40 per kWh extra.
- Local tourist tax “tassa di soggiorno”, euro 3 per person/night to be paid to the property owner.
