OverviewSet in 6,000m² of parkland, Anticuum Gimnasium is a 3-bedroom property with ample outdoor space, a 14 meter saline pool and stunning views over Sicily’s northern coastline and the Aeolian Islands. Just a short drive from Milazzo (gateway to the Aeolian Islands), the archaeological park of Tindari, and the Nebrodi Mountains, as well as some wonderful beaches, it is ideally placed for a beach and sightseeing holiday in northern Sicily.
The highlight of the property is its mature flower-filled garden, with multiple terraces for al fresco dining or simply relaxing and enjoying the sea views. At the heart of the garden is a superb 14 meter pool, with a fountain, and surrounded by sun decks and lawns.
The main living space is set on one floor – the lower floor is currently closed off to guests. The spacious living room features a lounge area with sofas and a dining section with views through large floor to ceiling French windows of the garden. The kitchen features original stone walls and a fireplace and is fully equipped with everything you need for catering. It also has a dining table for those cooler evenings. There are also original features and antique furniture in all the bedrooms. Two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and a second bathroom, are on the main ground floor, with the third double bedroom located on the first floor.

- The property owner will provide you with check-in instructions before arrival.
- Check-in is by 4pm for all guests. Guests may arrive at the villa before 4pm solely to drop off their luggage.
- Check-out before 10am and must be conducted in the presence of the property owner/manager.
- Refundable security deposit of 800 euros payable in cash upon check-in or via credit card before arrival.
- Bookings including children under 12 years of age cannot be accepted.
