OverviewEnjoy poolside views across the Tyrrhenian Sea towards the Aeolian Islands from this family friendly villa on the outskirts of the laidback seaside town of Capo d’Orlando. Perfectly located for a family beach break, Sulara is also well placed for exploring Sicily’s northern coastline and for day trips inland to the enchanting villages and landscapes of the Nebrodi Mountains.
There’s plenty of space inside and out at the two-storey villa which looks out over expansive terraces with sweeping views across the sea to the Aeolian Islands. Step straight out from the lounge or kitchen on to a large terrace where you can enjoy delicious al fresco meals prepared on the gas barbecue. To one side of the terrace, an attractive heated swimming pool is ideal for a refreshing dip or for the kids to play; to the other side, a shady lawn with a table football game. Steps lead down from the terrace to a lower floor which houses a large bedroom (2 single beds) and bathroom. There’s also access on this level to a private garage.
The ground floor of the villa is made up of a roomy, simply furnished lounge with an archway through to the kitchen. Stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor where two double bedrooms share a balcony with spectacular sea views. One has an ensuite bathroom with a hot tub, the second a separate bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads from a balcony up to a large roof terrace.
