So if you’re currently deciding whether to book a Sicilian villa holiday, you can relax in the knowledge that we’ll offer you maximum support. We’re also working closely with all our villa owners to ensure thorough safety measures are put in place prior to and during your holiday.
In view of the current uncertainty, we have created a collection of villas where you are guaranteed free cancellation in the event of a Covid-19 emergency. There’s still plenty to choose from, whether you want to be on the coast or in the countryside, in a seafront apartment for 2 or indulging in a larger luxurious villa.
What’s included in the cancellation policy?
For each of the properties in this collection, if your holiday is unable to go ahead due to a local lockdown or an enforced quarantine period, the following conditions will apply:
- Up to 30 days prior to arrival: full refund
- Within 30 days of arrival: credit voucher
Your refund or credit voucher covers your villa booking with us only and does not apply to flights, car hire or any bookings with 3rd parties.
