Ideal for yoga enthusiasts who want to combine their passion for yoga with a holiday with like-minded friends, yoga breaks can be organised at a selection of villas in all areas. Simply choose the villa that best suits your needs and group size and we’ll do the rest.
Villas range in size and style, with space for groups of between 8 and 22 guests. Almost all of our yoga villas have their own private pool, some up to 20m in length, with swimming lanes – a real treat if you are a keen swimmer! At other properties, there are hiking routes and jogging and fitness tracks close by.
The retreats are most popular during the months of May, June, September and October, when you can practice yoga outside without it being too hot but still take advantage of the warm sunshine for swims and visits to the beach.
Our courses are run by one of two teachers, Bruno Teyssandier or Erika Iannello, who will stay at the villa with you for the duration of your holiday. Bruno has studied in the USA and India; his primary practices are Asthanga, Bikram and Iyengar yoga. Erika is a classically trained dancer and yoga teacher who favours Vinyasa Flow yoga and, more recently, Odaka yoga.
Classes take place for a minimum of 2 hours a day, each day, priced per hour (from €160) depending on the number of participants.
The yoga teacher will stay at the villa with the group throughout the holiday. The group is also responsible for his/her travel costs.
If you would prefer to have a break from shopping and cooking, guests at selected villas can choose a full-board catering option – including breakfast, lunch and dinner, with juices and wine. Detox menus can also be arranged on request.
